Denise Flippen-Stewart serves as President of Enter the C.A.V.E. and Creator/Director of Spotlight on Youth. With professional experience in management, nursing, and health services administration, she brings operational excellence and a holistic approach to youth and community development. Her leadership ensures that C.A.V.E.’s programs are structured, sustainable, and designed to create measurable, long-term impact.
As a Life Coach and dedicated advocate for at-risk youth, Denise has developed workshops and biblically grounded programs that promote individuality, resilience, and leadership. In addition to her work with C.A.V.E., she leads FlippenFaith.Services, where she supports organizations in strengthening community-centered programming. Her commitment to mentorship and strategic development continues to advance C.A.V.E.’s mission across the Pee Dee region.
Vice President
Rebecca Jackson is a Florence, South Carolina native and serves as Vice President of Enter the C.A.V.E. With a deep commitment to faith-based service and community advancement, she brings vision, creativity, and strong local partnerships that help transform ideas into impactful programming. Her leadership strengthens collaboration and expands opportunities for youth and families throughout the region.
Rebecca’s background includes prison ministry, social reform advocacy, and small business support through the Democratic Women Council. An accomplished artist and entrepreneur, she champions the arts as a tool for empowerment and has partnered with youth-serving organizations to expand access to creative opportunities. Her work reflects a steadfast dedication to community growth and cultural empowerment.
Henry “Jamie” Dixon brings extensive experience in community leadership, education, and financial services to Enter the C.A.V.E. With a background in pastoral leadership, he has long provided spiritual guidance and mentorship within the community. His commitment to service is rooted in strengthening families and supporting youth development.
Jamie’s professional experience includes roles in education, operations management, and financial services, where he developed strong skills in relationship building, financial analysis, and strategic planning. At C.A.V.E., he leverages this diverse expertise to support sustainable growth and advance initiatives that uplift underserved and rural communities.

Jermaine J. Grayson served on the C.A.V.E. Board of Directors from the formation of C.A.V.E; demonstrating a strong commitment to community service. Though based in Florida, he maintains close ties to his hometown of Darlington, SC, and actively supports C.A.V.E., including managing merchandise for events.
His professional background spans various sectors, from CEO/Owner of Park Sun Innovations, LLC, to positions in technology and online retail.

Corina Latisha Horne, a Capricorn, with a heart of service has a deep roots in C.A.V.E. Her commitment to service began early; she was a member of the Future Farmers of America (FFA) and earned a certificate in Horticulture and Agriculture.
Corina undertook significant volunteer work within the Florence district schools, notably creating memory gardens for blind and disabled children, where they could find comfort and peace outdoors.

Professional Development Advisor
Shemeki Ketter is a dedicated educator and leader serving as C.A.V.E.’s Professional Development Advisor. As the owner of Educators Corner, she is the official provider of specialized professional training for our mentors and volunteers.
Shemeki leads the development of our proprietary Mentor Training Program, focusing on instructional coaching, equity, and inclusion. She provides essential professional certification and CEU credentialing for our staff and teacher-volunteers. On the Board, Shemeki drives regional strategy across the Pee Dee area and provides high-level guidance for our grant efforts.
Stretegic Brand & Marketing Advisor
Angelique Miles is a creative strategist serving as C.A.V.E.’s Strategic Brand & Marketing Advisor. As the owner of Uniquely Designed & Co. LLC, she leads our organization’s visual identity and digital presence.
Angelique oversees website design, digital maintenance, and social media strategy to ensure C.A.V.E.’s message reaches the community effectively. In her role as a Board Director, she provides critical influence on the strategic direction of our youth and community initiatives, ensuring our brand remains a powerful force for change.
Strategic Media Advisor
Anukkah Chandler is a creative powerhouse serving as our Strategic Media Advisor and as the owner of Never Gave Denied LLC, she leads C.A.V.E.’s digital storytelling and media production.
In her role, Anukkah drives organizational visibility through high-impact content and live event streaming. Beyond her media expertise, she serves as a Board Director, helping to shape the strategic direction of our youth and community initiatives. Her dual role ensures that our visual identity perfectly aligns with our mission to transform under-resourced rural areas.
