We believe that the power to transform our community lies within our youth. The C.A.V.E. Kids Initiative is a robust, holistic program specifically designed for students in 5th through 8th grade. Our mission is to equip young people with the critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and technical prowess needed to excel as both innovative entrepreneurs and creative intrapreneurs within any organization they join.

By blending technical mastery with social-emotional learning (SEL), C.A.V.E. Kids provides a comprehensive 360-degree approach to development:

S.T.E.A.M. & Innovation: Students dive into hands-on engineering, including building Bionic Robots and tackling complex design challenges to build perseverance and logic.
Personalized Book Writing: We empower students to find their unique voice through creative writing. Participants choose their own style, whether it be a novel, poetry, or a guide to explore themes of resilience and self-expression.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: We foster a spirit of leadership and ownership, teaching students how to turn creative ideas into reality and how to lead with an innovative edge from within.
Resilience & Self-Awareness: Through personalized affirmations and vision-writing, we build the confidence and growth mindset necessary to navigate the challenges of the modern world.

Introducing Spotlight on Youth (S.O.Y.), C.A.V.E.'s first initiative dedicated to supporting at-risk youth in Florence, SC.

We believe in the power of young people to transform our community. That's why we're thrilled to launch Spotlight on Youth (S.O.Y.), a transformative program designed to equip at-risk youth (ages 14-21) with the tools they need to succeed.

Through mentorship, life skills workshops, community service projects, and quarterly showcases, S.O.Y. will provide 50 young people with the support, guidance, and opportunities they deserve. We're committed to fostering leadership, resilience, and confidence in every participant, and creating a brighter future for Florence.
