As a dedicated Life Coach and advocate, Denise has spent years developing impactful workshops and biblically based programs designed to empower at-risk youth and promote individuality. Her expertise in program development, strategic planning, and community engagement ensures that C.A.V.E. doesn’t just provide temporary aid but drives long-term sustainability for underserved communities.
Beyond her role at C.A.V.E., Denise leads FlippenFaith.Services, where she provides specialized program development for businesses and organizations. Through this initiative, she helps entities align their operations to better meet the specific needs of their local communities.

Rebecca Jackson is a bold, visionary leader and Florence, SC, native who operates with unwavering faith-based principles. As of November 2025, she serves as the Vice President of C.A.V.E., bringing a lifelong commitment to impactful community service and leadership. Her impeccable reputation, creativity and relationship with community supports her in forging partnerships with C.A.V.E that brings visions and programming to life.
With a diverse background in social reform, Rebecca has been a driving force in prison ministry since 2017, advocating for state-level solutions to recidivism and supporting families of the incarcerated. She is also a dedicated member of the Democratic Women Council (DWC), where she works to promote local small businesses.
An accomplished artist and entrepreneur, Rebecca champions the arts through music workshops for underserved youth and has partnered with organizations like Girls University and Palmetto Youth Academy. As the founder of Loc Queens Rock, she empowers African American culture and spearheaded the first-ever Pee Dee Black Expo in 2023. Looking toward 2026, she is expanding her mission with the launch of two new ministries: Good Grief and Mom Get Up.
Henry "Jamie" Dixon brings a wealth of experience in community leadership, education, and financial services to his role at C.A.V.E. With a background as a Pastor at both Elijah United Methodist Church and King Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church, Jamie has long demonstrated a deep commitment to providing spiritual guidance and community support.
His professional journey is uniquely diverse, spanning the fields of education and business. He has dedicated years to shaping young lives as an Engineering & Computer Science Teacher and School Suspension Supervisor. This experience is complemented by his sharp business acumen, developed through his roles as an Operational Manager and Life Insurance Agent.

Anukkah Chandler is a creative powerhouse serving as our Strategic Media Advisor and as the owner of Never Gave Denied LLC, she leads C.A.V.E.’s digital storytelling and media production.

Angelique Miles is a creative strategist serving as C.A.V.E.’s Strategic Brand & Marketing Advisor. As the owner of Uniquely Designed & Co. LLC, she leads our organization’s visual identity and digital presence.
Angelique oversees website design, digital maintenance, and social media strategy to ensure C.A.V.E.’s message reaches the community effectively. Shemeki Ketter is a dedicated educator and leader serving as C.A.V.E.’s Professional Development Advisor. As the owner of Educators Corner, she is the official provider of specialized professional training for our mentors and volunteers.
Shemeki leads the development of our proprietary Mentor Training Program, focusing on instructional coaching, equity, and inclusion. She provides essential professional certification and CEU credentialing for our staff and teacher-volunteers. On the Board, Shemeki drives regional strategy across the Pee Dee area and provides high-level guidance for our grant efforts.
Jermaine J. Grayson served on the C.A.V.E. Board of Directors from the formation of C.A.V.E; demonstrating a strong commitment to community service. Though based in Florida, he maintains close ties to his hometown of Darlington, SC, and actively supports C.A.V.E., including managing merchandise for events. His professional background spans various sectors, from CEO/Owner of Park Sun Innovations, LLC, to positions in technology and online retail.
Corina Latisha Horne, a Capricorn, with a heart of service has a deep roots in C.A.V.E. Her commitment to service began early; she was a member of the Future Farmers of America (FFA) and earned a certificate in Horticulture and Agriculture. Corina undertook significant volunteer work within the Florence district schools, notably creating memory gardens for blind and disabled children, where they could find comfort and peace outdoors.
