Spotlight On Youth
Helping teens grow into confident leaders.
Spotlight on Youth is a leadership and life-skills program for teens and young adults ages 14–21 in Florence, SC.
This program is designed for youth who are ready to grow in confidence, make better decisions, build real-world skills, and become positive examples in their families and community.
Through mentorship, workshops, service projects, and youth-led events, participants learn how to communicate clearly, take responsibility, set goals, solve problems, and prepare for future opportunities in school, work, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
Spotlight on Youth also gives older participants the opportunity to mentor younger students. As they grow, they learn to reach back and encourage the next generation through peer mentorship, community events, and service.
Your child will not just attend a program. They will be challenged, supported, and given opportunities to practice leadership in real ways.
In this program, youth will:
Build confidence and leadership skills
Learn communication and conflict-resolution tools
Practice responsibility, accountability, and goal-setting
Explore career, entrepreneurship, and professional skills
Participate in community service projects
Build positive relationships with mentors and peers
Help encourage younger students through youth-led mentorship
Spotlight on Youth helps teens see themselves as capable, valuable, and prepared for what comes next.
Enrollment is now open.
Give your teen the opportunity to grow, lead, and be seen.
